Training camps are designed to improve conditioning, strength, footwork and agility to enhance individual skill set. Over the course of the week, participants will go through a series of jumping drills, use equipment that enhance performance and get thousands of reps shooting and dribbling.This is all done to prepare college student athletes for fall workouts at the start of college. The high school training camp is for boys and and girls to prepare for their high school tryouts.
